Acceptable Use Policy

1. Reviews

Do not use the platform to create, buy, incentivise or write fake reviews.

Do not use it to filter who gets asked for a review. Sending review requests only to customers you expect to be happy is against Google policy, and our review request tools must not be used that way.

Do not report genuine criticism as fake. Report tools are for patterns of abuse, not for reviews you disagree with.

2. Business information

Only add locations you actually operate or are authorised to manage.

Do not publish an address you do not trade from, a name you do not trade under, or categories that do not describe what you do.

3. The free tools

The free tools have fair use daily limits. Do not attempt to work around them with scripts, multiple addresses or automated requests.

Do not resell access to the free tools or present their output as your own product.

4. The platform

Do not attempt to access accounts, data or locations that are not yours.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or to publish content that is unlawful where it will be read.

5. AI features

Do not publish AI drafts you have not read. See our AI page for why this matters.

Do not use the AI features to generate reviews or anything intended to look like customer feedback.

6. What happens if you do

We may warn you, limit a feature, suspend the account, or close it, depending on what happened and whether it continues.

Where something is serious or unlawful we may act without warning, and we may have to tell someone.

7. Reporting a problem

If you think somebody is using the platform against this policy, email support@reviewresponsetool.co.
