Sub Processors
The third party companies we use to run the service, what each one does, and what data reaches them.
1. Why this page exists
Running the platform means using a small number of other companies. If any of them handle data belonging to you or your customers, you should be able to see who they are and what they do.
2. Who we use
OpenAI, United States. Generates the drafts in our AI features. Receives the text you enter into those features, such as a review you want to reply to.
DataForSEO, Lithuania. Supplies search data for rank checks, keyword research, backlink and traffic tools. Receives the keyword, domain and location you enter.
Google, United States. Business Profile data for the locations you connect. Receives the requests needed to read and update those profiles.
DigitalOcean, United States. Hosts the servers the platform runs on.
3. What they do not receive
None of these providers receive your password. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
4. Transfers outside India
Some of these providers are outside India, which means data reaching them is processed outside India. We only use providers that offer terms covering how they handle and protect that data.
5. Changes
If we add or replace a provider we will update this page. If you want to be told when that happens, email support@reviewresponsetool.co and ask to be added to the notice list.
